Description

The flat is in a perfect location. Centrally located and yet very quiet, the house has been completely renovated to a very high standard. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, butcher's shop and Coop are available within 100 metres and Sedrun railway station is also only 200 metres away.

There are two small flats with connecting doors. The flat is equipped as follows: Beautiful bright living room and bedroom with parquet flooring, dining area, kitchen with Vals natural stone worktop and dishwasher. The apartment has been completely renovated in Grisons style with local materials.

In summer, great mountain bike trails and a natural swimming lake have been built in recent years. Around the year 23/24 the Halenbad will be newly renovated and the attraction will be created with various things such as a large water slide.
