Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, west facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.

Residence "Pointe des Aravis", 4 storeys. On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 9.6 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 4.7 km. Tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 1.6 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
