Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bath/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 1 (2 cars). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the floors. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
