The 3-room holiday apartment (58 m2) on the 1. floor offers space for 5 people and is comfortably furnished: 1 room with 2 beds; 1 double bedroom with 2 beds and washbasin, exit to balcony west; 1 single room; sep. Shower / toilet. Bed and bath linen are available and included in the price.

Spacious living / dining area with corner sofa and dining table; Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, exit to the south-facing balcony with a side view of the mountains.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator, kettle, capsule coffee machine (Lavazza). The kitchen is fully and vacation-ready, including kitchen towels.

Non-Smoking accommodation! Pets are not allowed!

In the house: ski room, boot drying room. Passenger elevator. Washing machine and tumbler for shared use (coin-operated machine)
Special feature: near the Stafelwald ski area - it is possible to ski back to the house
