The modern, renovated flat on the 1st floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed (180cm). The other bedrooms have 2 single beds respectively 1 bunk bed. The bunk room also has a seventh bed which can be pulled out. Please not, that this bed in mainly intended for kids. All bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe for ample storage space and there is also a desk, ideal for home office. The 2 bathrooms are spacious and modern, one with shower/WC and one with bathtub/WC.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and the living area is spatially slightly separated from the great, open kitchen with dining area in front of the kitchen. From the kitchen & living room there is access to the south-facing balcony with plenty of sunshine and a wonderful view.

In the house Dominic there is also a shared wellness area with sauna (free of charge) & hot tub (chargeable). There is also a shared ski room and a laundry room in the house.

The house Dominic A is located right by the ski slopes of the Stafelwald ski lift and offers a great ski-in, ski-out option in winter with good snow conditions. It is also just a short walk to the village street with various restaurants.
