100 m2. More information by the provider: The Colorado House is centrally located yet quiet in the centre of Saas-Fee. Only 250 metres from the Saas-Fee bus terminal and a 3-4 minute walk to the mountain railways, the Colorado House is ideal for all activities.
The modern and spacious flat on the 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180 cm) and the third bedroom has two single beds plus a desk, ideal for a home office. The spacious living room is next to the modern, open-plan kitchen with dining area. The apartment also has a private sauna with an additional shower. The house also has a shared ski room and a laundry room. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Unless otherwise specified in the booking information, the tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on-site: Summer tourist tax (06.01. - 10.31.): CHF 7.- for adults/day, CHF 3.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Winter tourist tax (11.01. - 05.31.): CHF 4.50 for adults/day, CHF 2.25 for children (6 - 15.99 years).      All our guests receive the SaastalCard. The SaastalCard provides numerous attractive discounts, such as unlimited use of most mountain railways in summer. Additionally, the use of the postal bus throughout the Saastal is free of charge year-round. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price.
