Access to ground-floor apartment via stairs, 2 flights. Not suitable for disabled people.

Cosy villa "Arcadia", 3 storeys, built in 1986. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, located by a road. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant, bakery, bus stop 400 m. Skisport facilities 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The car park and the entrance is situated on the 2nd floor behind the house. The Leukerbad Card Plus is included in the reservation.
