Modern 2.5-room apartment in a sunny and excellent location in Celerina, close to the train station and the base station of the gondola that leads directly to the Marguns-Corviglia ski area. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 3 people.

The living room has direct access to the sunny balcony, which faces west. The spacious living room includes a cozy dining area and a comfortable sofa. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), which, including the mattress, was replaced in spring 2024, and a spacious wardrobe. A sofa bed in the living room offers an additional, fully-fledged sleeping option. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and provides plenty of space. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower. There is also a large closet in the wardrobe area.

The publicly accessible areas include a laundry room and a ski and bike room. The garage can be rented for an additional fee.

The apartment is about 400 meters from the Marguns base station, making the ski and hiking paradise of Corviglia easily accessible. Nearby, you will find restaurants and shopping opportunities. The train station is a two-minute walk from the apartment.
