2.5 room typical farmhut, 3 star superior, 60qm (4 beds) about 3 km away from the village center, situated in the Flims forest with view to the rhine gorge. During summer access by car is not possible between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Very comfortable accommodation. Vacation home for people who love a quiet, remote atmosphere with all the comfort of a luxury house. Kitchen- and bathroom towels as well as all other costs like electricity are included in the rate. Linen CHF 15.00 per person and final cleaning CHF 60.00 are included in the whole amount. Pets allowed.The Maiensäss "Holzerheim", rebuilt by the famous architect of Flims Rudolf Olgiati, has three rooms. One sitting room with open american kitchen and two sleeping rooms with a double bed each, as well as a separate shower with toilet. In one of the sleeping rooms is also a bath tub. The other one slepping room can also be used as reading room or TV - room. The fire place, the wooden oven or the underfloor heating spread cozy warmness. The accommodation does not leave to be desired anything. You will find a cook stove with baking-oven, refrigerator, a washing-up and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Telephone and wireless Internet connection, radio, TV, CD and DVD player are likewise present. Bathing, bed and kitchen laundry are available with your journey. Garden furniture and a devan bed under the lime tree wait for their use. The Holzerheim can be attained with the car the whole year.
