The apartment is the ideal base for families and couples in any season. In summer a complete garden equipment, consisting of table, garden chairs, deck chairs, parasol and grill is waiting for you. And also in winter the vacation apartment convinces with comfort. The parking lot and the driveway to the house are always cleared of snow, the ski slope is not far from the apartment and can be used already tomorrow for the first descent. For access when the roads are covered with snow, you will need a four-wheel drive vehicle or snow chains.In all three bedrooms you will find closets and chests of drawers. There is also a travel cot for small children. The in-house washing machine and dryer are available for free use.The fireplace in the living room can be used, but you have to bring your own wood.Smoking or bringing pets is unfortunately not allowed in this apartment.At the upper edge of the village of Flims, in the immediate vicinity of the ski slope, lies the traditionally furnished 4 room apartment. The quiet, sunny location and the imposing view of the Flimserstein invite you to relax and enjoy.The bright apartment offers space for 5 guests on 65 sqm. It has an open living room with dining area and hatch to the kitchen. In the living room a fireplace provides for coziness and a flat screen TV with DVD player, as well as WLAN and board games for entertainment. The terrace accessible from the living room convinces with a large lawn, which invites you to play and barbecue.There are three bedrooms in the apartment, one with a double bed, one with bunk beds and a single room with a murphy bed. In the well arranged bathroom there is a shower, a toilet and a sink.The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a raclette and fondue set.Conditions and extrasBed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, as well as tourist taxes.
