The modern, child-friendly flat has two extra chairs, a high chair for children, a baby cot, playpen, various toys, games and much more on request.In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, which is available for free use.On the ground floor you will find a ski or bike room. This can be reached directly from the staircase or the underground car park.There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, which can be used for a fee.The car can be parked in the underground garage, where a parking space is reserved for your car. With the free local bus you can reach the mountain railways in a few minutes, as well as the shopping centre "Stenna". Unfortunately smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this flat.Intermediate cleaning is possible and will be charged at an hourly rate of CHF 50.Bed linen can be changed during your stay at the following prices per person: bed linen only CHF 20.-, bed linen and towels CHF 27.-, additional towels CHF 5.- per piece.The bright 3.5 room rooftop flat is located at the beginning of Flims, in the quiet village part Flims Vallorca, only a few minutes away from the centre.The recently renovated holiday flat with cosy balcony lounge and beautiful panoramic view of the Grisons mountains, offers 70sqm of space for a maximum of 5 guests. The quiet penthouse has a bright living room with a modern Smart TV as well as Marshall speakers and free Wi-Fi. In addition, the panorama flat has a new, very comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with two single beds (can also be used as a double bed).In the entrance area there is a new, spacious wardrobe with plenty of room for winter sports clothes and accessories. Next to the cloakroom is a guest toilet and in the living area is the family bathroom with a cosy bath, washbasin and a toilet.The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set and many other kitchen utensils.Conditions and extrasBed linen, final cleaning and one set of towels per person are included in the total price, as well as visitor's tax and WiFi.
