It impresses with high-quality materials and a blend of modern and rustic elements. Three bedrooms with one double bed and four single beds are located on the same floor as the fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and the adjacent bright and spacious living area. A fireplace sets the perfect mood. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a rain shower. On the upper floor, youll find another double bed, its own shower, as well as a bathtub with panoramic views of the Grisons mountains. The large, sun-drenched terrace is the perfect place to unwind after an adventurous day. Please note that the surrounding construction work is not yet completed, but there will be no noise disturbance. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are free of charge, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided for your use. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
