DescriptionEquipment and special features of the apartment Brand new and spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Flims-Waldhaus! The bright apartment, built in autumn 2018, is perfect for care-free family or group holidays in the mountains all year round. The three bedrooms each sleep two people, with two twin rooms and one with a double bed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers in each. One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with WC, bathtub/shower. There is a second bathroom with WC and walk-in rainfall shower. The open, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and after an eventful day in the Grisons mountains, you can relax on the sunny south facing terrace on the lounge set. There is also a private garden to be enjoyed. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. Two parking places are reserved for you, one in the underground parking garage and a second one outdoors. Washing machines, tumble dryers and drying racks can be found in the laundry room and there is a secure ski room and bike room located in the basement. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price. Location and surroundings The flat is located between Flims-Waldhaus and Laax on the edge of the forest. It is 1.5 kilometres to the Flims valley station and various shops, bars and restaurants in the Stenna Center, and 2.1 kilometres to the Laax Murschetg valley station. The bus stop with direct connections to the Flims and Laax valley stations is 100 metres away and Lake Cauma can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The famous 5-star Hotel Waldhaus Flims is a five-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the various restaurants or relaxing hours in the wellness centre.
