Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Large patio. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage on the property (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house.

In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Flims Dorf" 1 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski school 1 km, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Tektonikarena Sardona, Baumwipfelpfad Senda dil Dragun, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir, Klettersteig Pinut.
