"Casa Alpetta", 6-room terraced house 150 m2 on 3 levels. Object suitable for 5 adults + 2 children. Partly with sloping ceilings, stylish and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), digital TV and flat screen. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Large patio. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at the house. Please note: non-smoking house.

2-family house "Casa Alpetta", 3 storeys. Above Flims Dorf, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Flims Dorf" 1 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski school 1 km, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
