Söll ski holidays - a popular ski resort and the unofficial capital of the Wilder Kaiser ski region. Sitting at 703m in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental mountain range which forms part of the northern Kitzbühel Alps, Söll is a charming Tyrolean village reached in under an hour from Innsbruck, Salzberg and Munich.

The ski area is the second largest in Austria offerring 284kms of lift-connected pistes connecting the villages around the Kaiser Valley that includes Ellmau and Westendorf. With extensive beginner areas and long cruising blues and reds for intermediates, ski holidays in Söll are popular with all levels of skier and snowboarder.

The range of self catering holiday rentals varies across the spectrum from traditional ski chalets and apartments to comfortable guest houses. There is some accommodation near the gondola at the nursery slopes, but most is in or around the village centre. You can take the ski bus to the lifts or its a 10-15 minute walk which is not ideal in ski boots.
